Low voltage pvc insulated electric wire has been widely used in our country with the advantages of excellent electric properties,strong ability to resist short circuit,long service life ,easy to install,operate and maintain,etc The product of PVC insulated wires belong to the series of laying electric wires, which is mainly suitable for laying at the fixed places, It is widely used as connectors of drive,lighting ,electronic equipments ,Instrument and telecommunication equipments with rated voltage 450/750v or below , Part of plastic wires are used at the equipment with A.C rated votage 300/300v or below.1.U0/U is 450/750V, 300/500V and 300/300V 2.The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable core shall not exceed 70℃ 3.Bv-90 should not exceed 90℃, short-term working temperature can be raised to 105℃ 5.The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃ 6.Allowable bending radius of cable: 7.If the cable outer diameter (D) is less than 25mm, it should not be less than 4D 8.If the cable diameter (D) is 25mm and above, it shall not be less than 6D
